Summary: A man in robes, turban, and riding boots stands next to a camel with wooden saddle. They are near the spot in El Ouatia, North Africa where the Marquis was killed. The site is in the middle of a stretch of desert, a white cross showing where the body of the Marquis de Mores was found after he was killed by Touaregs, on June 9th, 1896. __From Louis de Vallombrosa family album.
